E-Freight's Core transporting products are in Log, Scrap metal, Fibre wood products and container cartage. E-freight also operates flat deck units to accommodate timber and produce cartage when required.

Operations

The Basic out lay of E-Freights Operations

EFLL operates Predominately Log truck units from its Tokoroa depot. This services well as a key hub for log transport operations around the Central North Island.

Container the container network operates from Auckland and Pukekohe servicing mainly the Auckland areas while also servicing far north as Whangarei and out to the East coast of Tauranga when required EFLL Bulk tipping and self-loading fleet are based remotely around the central and Auckland areas servicing the Auckland and Central regions.

The bulk and logging fleet work six days per week, while the container Operations operate seven days and to the shipping line schedules.

All vehicles are checked daily by drivers. Check Sheets are filled out and are reported back to the work shop so repairs and maintenance can be then prioritised and scheduled to happen. Safety on the road is always paramount.

With our drivers having access to computer equipment (MT Data), phones, fleet link, broadband internet, GPS in all units, This allows all staff to be in touch with each other and help keep great tracking time for our customers. A new addition with our MT Data's is all new health and safety bulletins and other updates can be sent directly to the driver and all is read out to them accordingly helping to get that important message to them instantly rather than at the next meeting.
